ABHI Neurosciences* Special Interest Section (NeuroSIS)

The Neurosciences Special Interest Section (Neuro SIS) of the Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI) was convened at the end of 2004 following a clearly identified need of the suppliers of Neuroscience technologies. The group represents manufacturers of some of the most specialised interventional equipment in modern clinical practice. These implantable technologies are used by neurosurgeons, anaesthetists, urologists and others in the treatment of conditions such as epilepsy, pain, Parkinson’s Disease, dystonia and neurological disorders.

Companies represented are ANS, Algotech, Boston, Codman / J&J, Cyberonics and Medtronic.
